By Requesting a Commission
You agree to the following terms

To start the commission, 50% must be paid upfront. Payment is made via Ko-fi.
Provide a specific vision of your order, with references and not just a paragraph of text.
The progress and the final product will be posted on all my social media for portfolio purposes, if you don't want it posted you must say it.
If I don't feel comfortable with your order I have the right to decline your request.
You must correctly fill out the form so that I can place your order on my waitlist; otherwise, I won't process the order.
If orders are canceled during the sketching phase, you will get a refund of only 40%. If I´ve already started the work, only a 15% refund will be provided. If the work is nearly finished, there will be no refund.
In case of resales and commercial use, you must say it in the form and a fee must be paid as well.
The customer may use and repost the commissioned art, since the credits are given but altering my artwork is not allowed.

Aceptas los siguientes términos.

Para comenzar la comisión, se debe pagar el 50% por adelantado. Se paga mediante Ko-Fi.
Proporciona una visión específica de tu pedido, con referencias y no solo un párrafo de texto.
El progreso y el producto final serán publicados en todas mis redes sociales con fines de portafolio, si no deseas que se publique, debes informarlo.
Si no me siento cómodo con tu pedido, tengo el derecho de rechazar tu solicitud.
Debes completar correctamente el formulario para que pueda incluir tu pedido en mi lista de espera; de lo contrario, no procesaré el pedido.
Si los pedidos se cancelan durante la fase de boceto, recibirás un reembolso del 40%. Si ya he comenzado el trabajo, se proporcionará solo un reembolso del 15%. Si el trabajo está casi terminado, no habrá reembolso.
En caso de reventas y uso comercial, debes indicarlo en el formulario y se debe pagar una tarifa.
El cliente puede usar y republicar el arte encargado, siempre y cuando se den los créditos, pero no se permite alterar mi trabajo.
